The Manager Ethics and Integrity role is responsible for providing advice and support to the Chief Executive on matters involving ethics and integrity.
This includes managing complex complaints, assessing suspected corrupt conduct, and liaising with key regulatory bodies such as the Crime and Corruption Commission, Qld Police Service, and Office of the Health Ombudsman.
About the RoleAs a Manager - Ethics and Integrity, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, including the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 and the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2010.
You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that promote a culture of ethics and integrity within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support to the Chief Executive on matters involving ethics and integrity.
- Manage complex complaints and assess suspected corrupt conduct.
- Liaise with key regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
