About the Role

The Training and Compliance Coordinator will oversee aviation training programs and safety/quality compliance functions.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive aviation training programs, including CASR Part 142 and Human Factors.
  • Manage access to systems, staff identification, onboarding, and employee compliance tracking.
  • Maintain organisational compliance, including risk registers and safety protocols.
  • Oversee customer and supplier databases for regulatory compliance.

This role involves travel for training purposes and is based in Cairns or Brisbane.

Requirements
  • A degree in aviation, education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Managing Aviation Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Factors, Non-Technical Skills, and aviation safety protocols.
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, project planning, and communication skills.
