Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with patients by providing excellent customer service
- Preparing patients and facilities for dental treatment
- Delivering quality chairside assistance to our dentists
- Providing instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintaining and implementing infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months experience as a Dental Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide a high level of customer service
