The role of the Business Intake Manager is to oversee and manage various processes related to assessing, accepting, and onboarding new clients and matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the implementation of business intake policies, systems, and procedures aligned with industry best practices.
  • Supervise the firm's business intake team and act as a primary point of escalation.
  • Support the timely roll-out and ongoing implementation of the firm's Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in managing and implementing compliance programs, specifically in the context of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorist Financing.
  • Experience with AML/CTF, Know Your Customer/Customer Due Diligence processes and systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of AML/CTF requirements and associated risks.
