  • Lodging new submissions and managing allocations
  • Issuing claim histories
  • Managing monthly issuances of notices, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution
  • Registering submissions and allocating tasks into our system
  • Processing adjustments according to approval and issue documentation
  • Managing bordereaux processing
  • Developing working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Handling calls and dealing with customers
  • Issuing timely and accurate documentation
