Operations Coordinator Role

A key position within a collaborative environment, providing support to the Operations Manager with process improvements across various business areas.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting time to join our organization, as we implement innovative systems and processes to optimize our operations.

  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing ICT solutions to enhance systems and processes.
  • Maintain and improve key processes, integrations, and operational capabilities of our existing platforms.
  • Document and manage internal processes using best practices.
  • Provide user support for systems and processes used in the business, including training new users and liaising between technical support and team requests.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology advancements relevant to the business and provide recommendations to the Operations Manager.
  • Assist with coordination and administration of team performance reporting.
About You
  • You're a motivated professional with at least 2 years' experience working in a corporate/office environment.
  • You have high-level analytical skills and experience in supporting businesses with new process and system implementations.
  • You possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, are client-focused, and a real team player with a passion for achieving positive business outcomes.
  • You're highly detail-oriented, excellent at managing your own time and schedule, and have a high level of initiative, energy, pro-activity, and self-confidence.
