Store Leadership Opportunity

Our large format variety store in Brandon Park is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Store Manager to lead our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of store operations, drive business growth through sales targets and exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, while leading a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store operations and implement effective strategies for continued success
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute plans to increase profitability and drive business growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop talented retail professionals to enhance overall store performance
Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in large format stores
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
