This is a rare opportunity to drive a portfolio of 9 neighbourhood centres with a combined NLA of circa 43,000 sqm and 147 tenants.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure staff and contractors work in efficient working environments adhering to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Prepare documentation as required in accordance with leasing policies.
- Collect rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levies, tenant electricity and other recoverable expenses by due date.
- Monitor and reduce arrears providing regular reporting to clients and colleagues.
- Develop and implement business plans income and expenditure budgets and additional client reporting.
- Liaise with local councils and advise on development applications affecting the centres.
- Advanced team leadership with high EQ & IQ.
- Proven experience as a Retail Centre Manager.
- Collaborative mindset to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Strategic visioning to add value to the bottom line.
