Job Title: Maintenance Leading Hand

About the Role:

  • Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prioritise and guide daily maintenance tasks on the floor, ensuring timely and safe completion of repairs and maintenance across plant, machinery, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain accurate records in MEX and ensure compliance with QA and site requirements.
  • Identify preventative maintenance needs and minimise downtime due to breakdowns.
  • Uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive safety culture.

About You:

  • Certificate III trade qualification required.
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a similar industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of the MEX maintenance system and Five S Systems.
  • Current vehicle and forklift licences.
  • Able to work safely in a dynamic environment and respond effectively to risks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
