Regional Arts Experience Coordinator

Country Arts SA is seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Arts Experience Coordinator to bring high-quality performing arts experiences to regional communities.

As a key member of our Performing Arts team, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of performing arts tours and events. Your experience in project management will enable you to work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.

In your role, you will:

  • Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including artists, producers, and community presenters.
  • Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.

Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects within deadlines and budget constraints, coordinating all aspects of project delivery, and demonstrating a sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
