Job Title: Arts Coordinator

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arts Coordinator to join our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of performing arts tours and events.
  • Work closely with artists, producers, and community presenters to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Support the Executive Programmer in various aspects of performing arts programming.

 

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines and constraints.
  • Experience in coordinating all aspects of project delivery, including logistics and event safety.
  • A sound understanding of the needs of artists and communities, with a demonstrated commitment to working respectfully with First Nations artists and communities.
  • Experience with performing arts, touring, and venue operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
