Job Description

The Supply Chain Governance Manager is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Governance with the oversight of supplier relationships and ensuring that all contracts meet compliance, performance, and sustainability standards.

You will support the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Governance to deliver continuous improvement across supply chain governance processes.

  • Implement service provider management policies and associated frameworks to ensure effective management of all supplier relationships.
  • Monitor and report on supplier compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to support the resolution of any contractual compliance issues.
  • Conduct regular supplier audits to assess risks, compliance, and performance relative to contracted requirements.
  • Facilitate and support business vendor managers with supplier risk assessments, developing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to streamline supplier onboarding, due diligence, and offboarding processes.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, working with suppliers to enhance quality, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and regulations affecting supply chain governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include a minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business, supply chain management, or related field, as well as relevant experience and understanding of supplier management, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
