Job Overview

Deliver technology solutions to enhance supply chain operations across the globe. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain technology initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of supply chain technology initiatives from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Ensure technology delivery meets quality, performance, and security standards and adheres to architectural standards.
  • Partner with business leaders, product owners, manage external partners and GTS teams to understand requirements, define roadmaps, to deliver key strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies within the Supply Chain delivery stream.

As a senior leader in the supply chain organization, this role requires a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee the delivery of technology solutions across global supply chain operations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, global supply chain solutions, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, as well as experience with Agile, SAFe, and/or traditional project management methodologies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within supply chain or quality enterprise systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and technologies.
