About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to deliver growth and maximise performance. Working on a new portfolio for innovative digital home loan products using paid digital and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to increase commercial returns. You will seek experimentation opportunities to improve performance and optimise user experience via a data-driven approach, leveraging testing frameworks and actionable insights.
In this role, you'll have end-to-end ownership of digital activity from strategy to execution, including brief responses, channel implementation, ongoing optimisation, and performance reporting. You will drive performance through paid digital and an experimentation mindset to deliver growth and personalisation.
You will devise, implement, and optimise effective digital marketing activity aligned with primary objectives and clearly defined metrics of success. This includes measuring, tracking, and interpreting performance trends from digital marketing activity to identify opportunities for improvement, drive sales, improve customer experience, and increase awareness where relevant. You will also liaise with stakeholders and external partners to build best-in-class digital strategies and industry best practice.
This role requires the ability to use A/B multivariate testing and personalisation to optimise user experience on sites to drive conversion rates. You will also identify strategies to continually improve user experience (UX) to drive digital sales. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with others, emphasising the need to grow and continuously improve.
