As a key member of our sales team, you'll have the opportunity to drive revenue growth by implementing creative sales strategies and exceeding sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, driven by results, and love working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate on store operations to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Establish genuine relationships with customers, providing personalized product recommendations and exceptional service.
  • Showcase your knowledge and passion for design, guiding customers through our curated collections.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment while delivering outstanding results and memorable customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills with a natural ability to engage and connect with customers.
  • A customer-first attitude, dedicated to creating exceptional shopping experiences.
  • Physical ability to lift and handle furniture (up to 20kg) safely.
  • Ability to assemble and disassemble furniture safely.
  • A proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals in a retail setting.
  • Availability and flexibility to work weekends.
