Design Solutions Expert

We are seeking a talented and passionate individual to join our team as a Design Solutions Expert. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating innovative and tailored design solutions for indoor and outdoor environments.

With a passion for building strong relationships and driving growth, you will identify new business opportunities, present innovative products, and deliver exceptional customer service.

About the Role
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within your territory
  • Present and sell innovative products and tailored design solutions that inspire clients
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth and exceed targets
  • Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

  • Proven success in a Sales Consultant role, ideally within the design or creative industries
  • Creative mindset with a genuine passion for design, plantscaping, or biophilic design
  • Horticultural experience is highly regarded
  • Strong consultative selling ability, with experience translating client needs into beautiful, functional design solutions
  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
