Job SummaryThe Sales Order Coordinator plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless customer experiences by efficiently processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:- Monitor and process incoming orders through various systems, collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer demands in a timely fashion.
- Resolve order discrepancies related to data integrity, shipping issues, pricing, and credit holds in a professional manner.
- Manage out-of-stock and backorder queries effectively, minimizing potential delays.
- Assist cross-functional teams with credit claims, marketing orders, and other tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in multiple systems and technologies is essential for success.
