The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the overall management of billing procedures, process improvements and ensuring timely submission of claims. Key responsibilities include reviewing patient accounts for completeness and appropriateness, invoicing reviewed patient accounts for submissions to health funds and other insurers, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of invoicing/payment differences, and handling patient account enquiries on the phone and in person.
