
Property Damage Resolution Specialist

Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of allocated claims, determining the cause of damage and scope of repair to insured properties, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote assessments of insured properties using virtual reports provided by panel suppliers;
- Produce detailed assessment reports, determine cause, coverage, damage and best repair methods;
- Review scope of works and expert reports to ensure the most cost-effective and timely method of repairs;
- Negotiate and define the scope of work and associated costing with key stakeholders;
- Manage end-to-end claim processes, ensuring adherence to key performance measures (KPI);
- Submit reports and documentation in a timely manner (as per set SLAs).
Requirements
We are seeking experienced professionals with a background in insurance, building or construction. Excellent customer service and supplier relationship management skills are essential. Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and confident use of technology is also required.
