Strategic Business Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation program.

This is a hands-on role where you will help shape the future of enterprise systems in a purpose-led, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the requirements gathering process for Workday implementation across HR and Finance functions.
  • Analyse and improve end-to-end business processes to support future-state operating models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to document current state and define future state processes.
  • Support evaluation and selection of third-party vendors and systems integrators.
  • Monitor and track project expenditure, providing insights and reporting as needed.
  • Work closely with data teams to ensure integrity and quality of data migration and reporting structures.
  • Coordinate system testing activities, including developing test scenarios, validating functionality, and ensuring issues are tracked and resolved prior to go-live.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Workday implementations.
  • Strong understanding of process mapping, improvement methodologies, and business case development.
  • Experience in vendor selection, commercial assessment, and contract review.
  • Skilled in budget tracking and financial reporting within a project context.
  • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong data literacy - able to understand, interpret, and contribute to data architecture and migration plans.
  • Exposure to healthcare or a similarly highly regulated sector is desirable.
