Retail Sales Merchandiser Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing sales and driving market share for FMCG products in the North Brisbane area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop strong store relationships with retailers and managers
  • Maximise upcoming and current promotional activity
  • Negotiate greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
  • Develop and implement effective product layouts
  • Analyse and report on key field insights and activity

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in sales based roles in retail, FMCG and merchandising, preferably in independent grocery
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision
