Job Opportunity for Occupational Therapists

Your role will involve supporting NDIS participants across all ages in a community setting. You'll manage a varied caseload, deliver therapeutic services, and recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload and deliver therapeutic services in line with participant goals
  • Assess emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical function
  • Develop evidence-based treatment goals and interventions tailored to each individual
  • Recommend assistive technology and environmental modifications for increased independence
  • Support participants in home, school, work, and community settings
  • Maintain compliance with current legislation and best-practice standards
Requirements:
  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proactive and innovative mindset, with a genuine desire to make a difference
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team
  • Passion for helping people in the disability sector
