Pool Safety Specialist

Come and work with our team of enthusiastic pool safety specialists who value water safety, love working with people and want to keep the community safe in aquatic facilities.

The role involves day-to-day pool operations within our facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons. You will have a passion for safety around the water, be energetic, dynamic, outgoing and fun, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Successful applicants will demonstrate the ability to communicate and interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures and needs. Training will be provided for successful candidates.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as a strong and valuable part of the team
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • No prior experience necessary but highly regarded
