As a Personal Care Specialist, you will deliver personalized care and support in line with each client's goals. Your key responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living tasks and mobility support. You will also help with meal preparation, light housekeeping and medication administration. Furthermore, you will support clients with their community involvement and social activities. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of support provided. Ensuring adherence to person-centered care principles is crucial for this role.">

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • A minimum 1 year of experience as a Support Worker/Personal Carer, specifically in disability services (mandatory).
  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and person-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and reliable transport.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
