As a dynamic and experienced Pre-Site Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in optimising customer service and operational efficiency within our division.

Responsibilities include leading and supporting a team of Pre-Site Coordinators, running weekly workflow meetings to ensure accurate customer communication and records, driving service and process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency, managing escalated customer cases with high-quality communication and documentation, recruiting, training and developing team members while maintaining high performance standards, and staying informed of relevant council, certifier and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in pre-site leadership within residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of the end-to-end pre-site process within volume building
  • Skilled in team development, customer service, conflict resolution and continuous improvement
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, professional approach, honesty and reliability
