The Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Electrical Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, while also delivering exceptional product knowledge and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and deliver quotes to customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the wholesale or retail sector.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in computer technology and systems, including Microsoft Suite.
  • A positive and optimistic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
