Role Summary

About the Job

You will be instrumental in guiding the bid process, ensuring we pursue opportunities that are strategically aligned with our strengths. Your key responsibilities will include crafting compelling proposals, collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative responses, and driving conversations around what we bid for.

This role requires strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as experience in bid management, solution design, and qualification. You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts with clarity and precision, estimate and price services requirements, and evaluate customer needs and strategic fit.

The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset, a willingness to challenge conventional thinking, and a passion for leveraging AI and new ways of working to enhance results. They will also be eager to work with diverse teams and partners, fostering an environment that encourages unique perspectives and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and qualify each bid, engaging with stakeholders to assess customer fit and Datacom's capability alignment.
  • Lead and contribute to the development of compelling bid responses, articulating business benefits and competitive differentiators.
  • Estimate, scope, and price professional and managed services, ensuring proposals are commercially robust and aligned with customer value.
  • Present, discuss, and refine solutions with clients, translating complex technology into actionable business impact.
  • Champion new ways of working, leveraging AI and automation throughout the bid process to drive quality, speed, and improved outcomes.
