Dental Corporation Additional Services Business Development Professional

As a highly motivated and results-driven Additional Services Business Development Professional, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and success within our care homes. You will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts of Additional Services, working closely with care home teams to maintain and execute the program. This is a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract, offering a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Additional Services Sales & Marketing initiatives within care homes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of resident satisfaction with the Additional Services program, analyzing trends and outcomes to inform future strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Additional Services policies and procedures, mitigating risks related to charging residents and service delivery.
- Collaborate with Resident Placement Teams to drive program uptake and deliver education to stakeholders.
- Provide training and education to General Managers and Customer Service Consultants on Additional Services, promoting effective implementation and adherence to company standards.
- Mentor Customer Service Consultants to achieve compliance with Bupa Additional Services policies and processes, as well as legislation.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of achieving set targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with care home teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing performance against business requirements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and trends to inform business decisions.

Salary EstimateWe offer a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
