We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Additional Services Business Development Manager to join our team at Bupa Aged Care.

As a Senior Additional Services Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Additional Services program in care homes, working closely with administrative teams to ensure its successful execution. This is a 6-month full-time fixed-term contract that requires occasional travel.

This role involves providing coaching and support to care home staff in maintaining and delivering the Additional Services program. You will also be responsible for monitoring resident satisfaction, maintaining compliance, and managing third-party vendors.

Duties
  1. Lead Additional Services sales and marketing efforts within the care home, working closely with the care home administration
  2. Monitor resident satisfaction with the Additional Services program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
  3. Maintain Additional Services compliance, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
  4. Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless delivery of Additional Services products
  5. Develop and maintain support resources and processes to facilitate successful program execution
  6. Review periodic audits completed in care homes, analyzing trends and outcomes
  7. Provide training and education to General Managers and Customer Service Consultants on Additional Services policies and procedures
  8. Monitor General Manager and Customer Service Consultant effectiveness in Additional Services sales, offering guidance and support as needed
  9. In collaboration with the Resident Placement Team, drive uptake of the program and deliver education to all stakeholders
  10. Support and mentor Customer Service Consultants in achieving compliance with Bupa Additional Services policies and processes
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • A proven track record of achieving set targets with consistent results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively deal with customers and stakeholders
  • A demonstrated ability to contribute to a high-performing team, with strong relationship management skills
  • An ability to self-manage performance against business requirements, with a focus on quality and excellence
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
