We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Team Leader to join our Support Work team.
As a key member of our frontline team, you will provide direct support to clients in line with their individual care plans, ensuring the highest level of quality and dignity in service delivery.
You will also lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Support Workers, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support to clients, promoting independence and autonomy.
- Develop and implement effective training programs for Support Workers, enhancing skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate rosters and ensure seamless shift coverage, prioritizing client needs and staff well-being.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, compliance, and safety.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in disability or aged care, preferably with NDIS certification.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and adaptability.
- A supportive, approachable, and team-focused leadership style, with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
