We work within the NDIS framework to deliver personalised services, and we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Team Leader – Support Worker to help guide our frontline team and deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

About the Role
As a Team Leader – Support Worker, you'll balance hands-on support work with leadership responsibilities. You will mentor, guide, and support a team of support workers, ensuring quality service delivery, compliance, and a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct support to clients in line with their individual care plans.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of support workers.

Coordinate rosters and ensure shifts are covered efficiently.

Monitor service quality, compliance, and safety requirements.

Act as the first point of contact for team concerns, feedback, and escalation.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

About You

Experience in disability, aged care, or community services (NDIS experience preferred).

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a care environment.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

A supportive, approachable, and team-focused leadership style.

Current First Aid, CPR, Working with Children Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).

Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
