Job Overview

As a key member of the retail operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving engagement and enhancing operational processes to ensure success across multiple locations. This includes identifying opportunities for training and development, upskilling team members, and assisting with training plans to support their growth and development.

You will lead by example, working closely with store teams, CSC, and Support Office through regular communication, coaching, and hands-on support. Your goal will be to drive continuous improvement, ensuring teams are confident and equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct regular site visits to provide reports that identify training and development opportunities.
  2. Provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve operational processes.
  3. Facilitate coaching sessions with team members and management to enhance operational knowledge and skills.
  4. Lead business changes and new initiatives, ensuring team members understand their responsibilities.
  5. Monitor and drive performance to achieve key KPIs.
  6. Support store teams with operational tasks as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures quickly.
  • General knowledge of retail products and ability to quickly develop an understanding of the product range.
  • Proficiency in working with numbers, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience using retail or point-of-sale (POS) systems, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations within the region as required.
