Job Overview:

The role entails collaborating with a team to conceptualize, develop, and implement scalable technical solutions across Oracle Cloud HCM and bespoke enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing secure, scalable technical solutions that align with architectural standards
  • Building and enhancing integrations and extensions using various technology stacks and Oracle tools
  • Collaborating with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs
  • Participating in the full development lifecycle from design through deployment

This position involves leading and contributing to the design and delivery of large-scale or complex systems, identifying risks and interdependencies across systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM suite, including HDL, HSDL, Extracts, Web Services, OTBI/BI Reporting, Fast Formula, and Security, with strong Oracle SQL/PLSQL skills
  • Experience in designing, developing, and implementing bespoke applications and integrations around Core HR and other HCM modules
  • Strong application knowledge on Core HR and at least one other HCM module
  • Experience in design and delivery of large or complex designs that enable roadmap vision while mitigating risks and dependencies
  • Good knowledge of Oracle HRMS (E-Business Suite), particularly Core HR, Payroll, SSHR modules; understanding of related business processes is preferred
