At dnata catering, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our airline partners and their passengers. As a Marshaller, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marshall the Driver to position the truck to the aircraft in line with policies and procedures.
  • Load and unload the trucks with carts, ovens, and standard units.
  • Prepare and pack catering equipment.
  • Prepare, pack, and check off on completed flight and deliveries at the kitchen production unit.
  • Carry out basic serviceability and maintenance checks of vehicles and/or equipment.
  • Perform general cleaning duties.
  • Perform administrative documentation and reporting duties as required.
  • Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with all stakeholders.
  • Work in accordance with the Company's policy in relation to HALAL, HACCP, Food Safety, and WHS.

Requirements:

  • Possession or ability to attain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
  • Flexibility in regard to working around flight schedules is essential (7-day per week operation).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • A satisfactory police record and criminal history check.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
