About the Role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery of customer experience and sustainable outcomes.
  • Drive the injury management program to achieve improved social, health, and commercial outcomes for all key stakeholders.
  • Analyze monthly results to identify opportunities for strategic injury management interventions that improve Return-to-Work (RTW) outcomes.
  • Cultivate claims teams' knowledge on mental injury management through coaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Treating Health Practitioners, WorkSafe, Occupational Rehabilitation providers, and other third-party service providers.
  • Collaborate with the business to ensure consistent delivery of customer experience and sustainable outcomes.
  • Lead the development and implementation of injury management strategies to achieve improved social, health, and commercial outcomes.
  • Apply data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive RTW outcomes.

About You

  • You hold a degree in Allied Health or Psychology with 4+ years of experience in Workers' Compensation or Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • You possess excellent coaching and mentoring skills, as well as the ability to influence multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Your experience in delivering training and presentations is highly valued.

Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per annum + superannuation
