About the PositionAs a Project Engineer with Ivory Group, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and delivering complex civil projects, with a focus on subdivisions. You will work closely with industry experts, take ownership of your projects, and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Lead the day-to-day management of subdivision projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive project success.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and keep projects on track.
- Resource Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimise project efficiency and outcomes.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
- Education: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Project Engineer, particularly within the civil construction sector.
- Subdivision Experience: Experience in subdivision projects is highly advantageous.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
