Key Responsibilities of the Transport Logistics Coordinator Role

Manifesting driver paperwork is a critical aspect of this position, as is receiving and dispatching freight efficiently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for updating orders by confirming customer details and pallet information.

Other key tasks include scanning documents, raising pallet dockets in 2IC, and liaising with drivers to resolve any issues that may arise.

Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for booking in customer freight with the distribution centre and assisting with stock control.

Ad-hoc duties may also be required from time to time.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in transport administration
  • SAP & Kronos experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work reliably
  • Self-motivation and a high standard of work are essential
