Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is a full-time, permanent role that will focus on developing and growing corporate partnerships across Western Australia.

This position reports to the WA General Manager and works closely with local and national teams to build strong, purpose-led partnerships that deliver real impact.

The successful candidate will drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnerships, researching and targeting organisations aligned with our mission. They will develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support, implementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and Growing Corporate Partnerships: Drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of WA-based corporate partnerships
  • Research and Targeting: Researching and targeting organisations aligned with our mission
  • Proposal Development: Developing compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support
  • Strategy Implementation: Implementing a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
  • Engagement Events: Leading local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
  • Performance Tracking: Forecasting revenue, tracking pipeline activity, and providing monthly performance reports
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery
  • Internal Stakeholder Support: Working with internal stakeholders (marketing, research, programs) to support partnership goals
  • Negotiations: Acting as the main point of contact for WA-based partners and prospects, supporting negotiations, and securing long-term, high-value commitments
