Relationship Development Specialist

This newly created role is focused on building our brand presence and strengthening relationships with the community. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, families, and partners, representing us in a positive light.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Developing strong referral networks with healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Exploring partnership opportunities through co-hosting, cross-referrals, and joint outreach initiatives
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders
  • Representing our organization at local events and conferences

You will work closely with our intake and care coordination teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in community engagement, client liaison, or stakeholder development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort working across cultural and linguistic backgrounds
  • A current driver's license and willingness to travel locally
  • NDIS Worker Screening/WWC
  • Familiarity with aged care or disability services is an advantage
