We are seeking an accomplished Control Systems Engineer to join our team.

This role involves providing engineering support to project delivery teams, working on technical projects such as design, development, commissioning and verification & validation activities. The successful candidate will be involved in carrying out processes and tasks assigned by the associated project lead or project manager.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with tender preparation and quotation responses
  • Working with business development managers to identify and evaluate new opportunities within existing and new markets
  • Communicating potential opportunities to sales managers

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing engineering support to project delivery teams
  • Designing, developing and diagnosing PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA and network systems
  • Interpreting control system design documentation
  • Managing competing tasks and priorities
  • Providing great customer service

Essential Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical/Electronics or a related discipline
  • Australian Driver's License and Vehicle
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Experience in designing, developing and diagnosing PLC, RTU, HMI, SCADA and network systems
  • Ability to interpret control system design documentation

Physical Requirements of the Role

This role involves office based tasks, site work including audits, service, installation and commissioning, travel by car.
