Job Title: Graduate Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Graduate Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems from conception to implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electrical systems from concept to completion.
  • Create detailed technical drawings and documentation to support designs.
  • Install, commission, and test roadside systems hardware and software on-site.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot systems to identify and resolve deficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain technical project documentation and procedures.
  • Manage and report issues to stakeholders both internally and externally.
  • Represent the organization by addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Support project activities by planning and organizing roadside system activities and resources.

  • You prefer a mix of on-site and office work, prioritize safety, and thrive in both team and individual settings.
  • You are willing to develop product and solution knowledge with guidance and formal training provided.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for electrical drafting, ideally AutoCAD.
  • Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
  • Availability for night work and heights-related tasks (up to 7 meters) occasionally.
  • General IT knowledge (Windows, Linux, Microsoft).
  • Hands-on and troubleshooting skills.
  • Current full Australian driver's license (valid and unrestricted).
  • Basic knowledge of Electrical and OH & S standards.
