**Job Summary:**

The Agricultural Supply Chain Planning Expert is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of agricultural production schedules to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and excess inventory.

This role drives efficient inventory management by facilitating regular supply planning meetings with internal stakeholders and coordinating communications on managing the supply plan for all products in assigned plants.

The successful candidate will identify optimal options to resolve Change Requests and Past Due production and materials from the previous week, ensuring future supply volume schedules are fully supported by assumptions based upon demonstrated performance and capabilities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze data and develop forecasts to inform production planning decisions.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain resilience and agility.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Engineering.

- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail with confidence in decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.

- Advanced skills in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP/APO & Power BI.

- Experience in agricultural supply chain planning with a focus on inventory management and production scheduling.
