Job Description

Seven Consulting is seeking a highly skilled PMO Consultant to join our team. As a PMO Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to deliver high-quality PMO services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
  • Driving improvements and uplifting PMO capabilities.
  • Developing and implementing robust processes, supporting the overall governance and controls.
  • Refining existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and assisting in the establishment of best practices and frameworks.
  • Liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.
  • Motivating and guiding other members of the PMO team.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an analyst working in a PMO for multiple large IT programs.
  • A detailed understanding of program management methodologies and practices.
  • Proven ability to drive processes in risk management, reporting, facilitation of review meetings, cost estimates and scheduling, vendor and resource management, project planning and progress, and associated governance.
  • Demonstrable leadership and team-building skills.
  • High energy levels to ensure program delivery or turnaround success.
  • Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
