Job Summary

">

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Delivery Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role involves working directly with clients to deliver high-quality project delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Establish and operate the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio
  • Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities
  • Develop and implement robust processes, manage overall governance and controls
  • Refine existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establish best practices and frameworks
  • Liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation
  • Lead/coach/mentor PMO team members

Requirements

">
  • A self-starter with proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOs
  • Minimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs
  • Proven abilities in the establishment and management of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios
  • Experience leading teams
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence
  • Experience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO is desirable
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors
  • High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success
  • Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations
