This role involves:

  • Developing end-to-end sign-up processes to ensure smooth onboarding of apprenticeship programs.
  • Building strong relationships with Apprenticeship Connect Australian Providers (ACAPs) to create a consistent flow of apprenticeship referrals.
  • Promoting Builders Academy Australia as the training provider of choice for carpentry employers.
  • Deepening relationships with current employer partners to drive retention, repeat business and referrals.

About This Role

This Client Relations & Business Growth Coordinator will be responsible for driving new apprenticeship sign-ups, following up on incomplete enrolments, resolving any onboarding or paperwork delays, and supporting apprentices to get started confidently.

You will also be required to build strong relationships with ACAP reps, update Profile Builder, share digital campaigns and workshop invites, and host ACAPs at trade days and info sessions.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Field Consultant, Apprenticeship Network Provider or in the training/apprenticeship sector, a strong understanding of apprenticeship systems and vocational education (VET) frameworks, excellent communication and relationship management skills, confidence working with employers and apprentices across diverse environments, exceptional organisational and follow-up skills, and a passion for supporting people in their career development.
