Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our Professional Services team in Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading technical configuration, consulting, and issue resolution activities to ensure seamless implementation and support for our Defence sector clients.

You will work closely with stakeholders and end users to interpret and translate technical requirements into software configurations. Your primary focus will be on delivering custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand technical requirements.
    2. Deliver custom configuration, testing, and documentation for client deployments.
    3. Troubleshoot application issues in collaboration with internal technical teams.
    4. Support client success by providing expert application knowledge and technical guidance.
    5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery quality and client satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical Skills:

    1. Experience in technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role.
    2. Proficiency in T-SQL, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C#/VB.NET.
    3. Ability to obtain or currently hold an active NV1 or NV2 security clearance (required).

  • Desirable Qualifications:

    1. Experience supporting Defence sector clients or secure environments.
    2. Familiarity with SQL Server 2012/2014+, SSRS reporting, Java applications, or IIS configuration.
