About the Role

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to work in a sales environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience for our customers, ensuring they find the perfect products for their pets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Perform tasks such as restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays
