Petbarn, Australasia's leading pet specialty retailer, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Assistant in our Neutral Bay store.

About the Role

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Part Time Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a world-class shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate this effectively to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform other duties as required by the store manager
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to work in a retail environmentHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidaysPhysical ability to lift heavy items (e.g. bags of dog food)Strong communication and teamwork skillsWhat We Offer
