Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Auxiliary Firefighter to join our team. As an Auxiliary Firefighter, you will be responsible for responding to fire and other emergency incidents as a team member. You will also promote community safety and emergency preparedness through community education activities.
You will develop and maintain competencies by actively participating in regular drills and training courses to ensure safety and effectiveness on the fire ground.
Key Requirements- Employer's written consent to attend incidents and emergencies (where applicable)
- Live or work within a reasonable distance of auxiliary fire station
- Australian Permanent Resident Status
- Manual C Class driver's licence
As an Auxiliary Firefighter, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in emergency response and community safety.
