Job Summary

A state-of-the-art go-kart entertainment centre in Melbourne is seeking a skilled Event Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations and ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage event running sheets, guidance on set-up, logistics and company branding.
  • Order products to replenish stock levels and monitor inventory.
  • Handle calls, emails, questions and event enquiries with professionalism.
  • Run sessions, casual racing and race format management.
  • Train new employees on safety procedures and provide ongoing support to current staff.
  • Roster events and bookings using employee platforms.

Main Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service and team management.
  • Able to motivate and lead by example.

Benefits:

  • 30 minutes of Go Kart racing per month.
  • Flexible hours with shifts between 9:30am - 4pm or 3pm - 10pm, 5 days a week.
  • Monday to Friday and Wednesday to Saturday shifts available.
